Mrs. Butterworth’s® Breakfast Snack Bars Recipe



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. Blend granola, flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, yogurt and Mrs. Butterworth’s® and beat until combined. Stir in granola mixture and cranberries by hand until just blended. Press into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 3x2-1/2-inch bars.
