Mrs. Butterworth’s® Sweet Vegetable Tomato Jam Recipe
- Yield: 1½ cups Jam

- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet and cook tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
- Stir in Mrs. Butterworth’s® Syrup and vinegar and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Puree or blend until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve over grilled chicken breasts, pork chops, steaks or salmon.
