Ms. Butterworth’s® Caramel Sauce
- Yield: about 1 cup

- Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until mixture turns light amber. (Do not cook to dark or it will be bitter.) Remove pan from heat.
- Slowly add cream and whisk until smooth. Whisk in Mrs. Butterworth’s® Syrup until smooth.
- Serve on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or fresh fruit. Great as a dip for fruit, pretzels or cut up cake or pound cake.
Suggestions: Use as a topping on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or fresh fruit. Or use as a dip with fruit, pretzels, and cut up angel food cake.
