Ms. Butterworth’s® Caramel Sauce



  1. Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until mixture turns light amber. (Do not cook to dark or it will be bitter.) Remove pan from heat.
  2. Slowly add cream and whisk until smooth. Whisk in Mrs. Butterworth’s® Syrup until smooth.
  3. Serve on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or fresh fruit. Great as a dip for fruit, pretzels or cut up cake or pound cake.

Suggestions: Use as a topping on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or fresh fruit. Or use as a dip with fruit, pretzels, and cut up angel food cake.
